Coaching Plans Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please note that cancelling your program means you will no longer have access to new, future program sections' information. 

  • No refunds will be granted due to inactivity.

  • No refunds will be granted for any past months' or years' memberships/program purchases.  

  • If you fail to participate in three consecutive scheduled sessions, I will email you requesting a phone or Zoom meeting to discuss your absences and possible solutions.  If I don't hear from you within 7 days of the date the email was sent, I will send you a second email stating that I am releasing you from your coaching agreement.  Part of your agreement states that you keep all appointments or give 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule and that you come prepared to actively participate in each session.  If you miss three appointments in a row, I feel that you are not committed to coaching, or that you may benefit from working with a different coach instead.  I will treat this as a cancellation of our coaching partnership on your part.  No refund will be issued for prepaid services not yet rendered.

  • I will be happy to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.  To stay as closely to the program schedule as possible, those appointments may be rescheduled for another time/date within that same week, or into the following week if needed.  If this is not possible, I will reschedule missed sessions for the next available date/time that works for both you, the client, and myself as you coach.  If you do not give at least a 24 hour notice of session cancellation/rescheduling, that session will be considered forfeited and not be rescheduled.

    • In cases of emergency:  

      • as emergencies can vary, they will be evaluated and considered on a case-by-case basis.

      • If I, as your coach, miss a scheduled session without at least a 24 hour notice, I will contact you as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule the session.    

  • Confidence 1 Plan/Confidence 2 Plan/Confidence 3 Plan: (Paid In Full)​​​​

    • To withdraw from any one of these plans, please fill out and submit the Confidence1 /Confidence 2/Confidence 3 Plans Cancellation Form.
    • You, the Client, are responsible for keeping track of the cancellation deadline.

    • If you cancel before your first coaching session with me (within the two weeks following date of purchase) you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.  For example, say, you bought the program on November 7, which means your first coaching session with me is on November 21. You must submit your cancellation form within the time period of November 7 to November 20 to qualify for a full refund. 

    • No refund will be granted for cancellation from the 15th day following program purchase onward.

  • Confidence 1 - Weekly Plan:  (Paid Weekly)

    • Fill out and submit the Confidence 1 Weekly Plan Cancellation Form before the next billing date to avoid additional charges to your account. 

    • Client is responsible for keeping track of when their payments are due. 

    • If you cancel before your first coaching session with me (within the two weeks following date of purchase) you are eligible for a refund of up to two weekly payments depending on how many payments you have made at the time of cancellation minus a $50 cancellation fee. For example, say, you bought the plan on June 1, which means your first coaching session with me is on June 15.  Your first payment is on the date of purchase (June 1), and your second payment is due on June 8.  If you cancel, between June 1 and June 7 you will be refunded one week's payment.  If you cancel between June 8 and June 15, you will be refunded the two weeks' payments you made.
